Shipping information

Ordering and delivery

We offer free international shipping on all orders.

Our goal is to offer our customers the best and fastest delivery options, no matter where you live. Every day we deliver to hundreds of customers across Europe.

Our shipping system is divided into two parts:
Processing time: order confirmation, customization, quality control and packaging. All orders are shipped within 1-2 days after the order is placed.

Tracking of your order.
Once you have placed an order, you can track your package after a few days. By entering your 4-digit order number and email address on the tracking page, you can see when your order will be delivered approximately.

VAT/Import fees

Because we ship all orders from China and deliver to customers worldwide, some countries may impose additional taxes, duties, or charges (e.g. VAT, GST, customs duties) on imports.

The customer acts as the importer of record upon entry of the goods into their country, subject to the applicable customs and tax legislation of the destination country. The customer is solely responsible for compliance with all import formalities, customs duties, taxes, and charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country. DockCharger is not a party to the importation and accepts no responsibility in this regard.

We will do our best to provide the best possible international shipping experience, but much of the process is out of our control and is handled by your country's customs officials and postal systems.

If a package remains unclaimed, it will be returned to China. In this case, we are unable to refund the shipping costs. The time a package is held in customs varies by country and we are not able to contact these offices on your behalf.
