Ordering and delivery

We offer free international shipping on all orders.

Our goal is to offer our customers the best and fastest delivery options, no matter where you live. Every day we deliver to hundreds of customers across Europe.

Our shipping system is divided into two parts:
Processing time: order confirmation, customization, quality control and packaging. All orders are shipped within 1-2 days after the order is placed.

Tracking of your order.
Once you have placed an order, you can track your package after a few days. By entering your 4-digit order number and email address on the tracking page, you can see when your order will be delivered approximately.

VAT/Import fees
Because we ship all orders from China and we ship to customers worldwide, some countries may impose additional taxes or duties (e.g. VAT) on imports from China.
You are responsible for any such additional taxes or duties charged by your government in order to have the package delivered. We will do our best to provide the best possible international shipping experience, but much of the process is out of our control and is controlled by your country's officials and postal systems.

If a package remains unclaimed, it will be returned to China. We are not able to refund the shipping costs in this case. The amount of time a country holds a package in customs varies and we are not able to contact these offices.
