Exchanges and returns

If you're not satisfied with one of our products, it's no problem at all. It can always happen. Maybe we can meet you in a different way. If not, you can always return our products within 14 days of receipt.

Easy returns in four steps:

1. Send an email stating that you want to return your purchase.
2. We will send you the return form via email (return costs are at the customer's expense).
3. Fill in the form above and send the package.
4. Get the purchase amount (return costs) in your account as soon as we have received the package, we will refund the amount to your account within 5 days.

Once you have placed an order, you can track your package after a few days. By entering your 4-digit order number and email address on the tracking page, you can see approximately when your order will be delivered.
